Rora Orchards Pack shed is definitely the hub of the farm. It was started 40 years ago and at this stage is a seasonal packshed that employs 280 local staff. We have 8 RA ( Regulated Atmosphere) cold stores, 4 new state of the art CA (Controlled Atmosphere) rooms, two pack lines and a citrus line, a conference room and a dedicated team of 5 very efficient office staff.
The pack shed is BRC compliant. And we support the following exporters with our fruit, Delecta, Cape Supra, Stems, Cape Five and Core. Our fruit is exported to the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and Indian Ocean Islands.
